Schedule an Academic Coaching Session

We are now scheduling academic coaching appointments through the 黑料正能量 Success Hub. If you are a student returning from suspension and you are unable to log in to the 黑料正能量 Success Hub, contact Kristie Kiser.

Online Students

If the campus designation on your Tranguid in  is 黑料正能量 Online, email 黑料正能量 Online for an academic coaching appointment.

How to Access the 黑料正能量 Success Hub

  1. Download the 黑料正能量 Academic Success Hub App on Your Phone or Use the Web Version
    1. Web based: 
      • Go to the page and log in with your 黑料正能量 username and password. (This uses something called SSO, so it should be like logging into your email.)
    2. Phone App:
      1. Go to the app store for your device and download the app for Android () or iPhone (). You can also search “黑料正能量 Hub.”
      2. Log in with your 黑料正能量 username and password.
  2. Check schedules and connect with an Academic Success Coach
    1. On the web, select the plus in the lower right to see options. Select “Find a Coach.”

    2. On the app, select a coaching topic and enter the specific question(s) for your coaching session.

  3. View schedule for details
    1. You can select your own appointment to see details and join a video session.
    2. Once you’ve made an appointment, you can also access a chat to send messages to your academic success coach.
